Sanyo, Lieferant der hochqualitativen HIP-Photovoltaikmodule mit der besonderen HIT-Technologie (heterojunction with intrinsic thin layer), ist ursprünglich in den Produktsparten Batterien für Kleingeräte, Elektronikgeräte und Klimaanlagen zu Hause. Seit Mitte der siebziger Jahre ist der japanische Konzern mit Hauptsitz in Osaka in der Solartechnik tätig. Zeichen dafür ist das wohl beeindruckendste Photovoltaikbauwerk der Welt - die Solararche. Sanyo, manufacturer of the high-quality HIP photovoltaic modules with the special HIT technology (heterojunction with intrinsic thin layer), originally started as a producer of batteries for home appliances and air conditioners. In the mid-seventies the Japanese company, seated in Osaka, entered the solar technology market. A symbol for that is the probably most impressive photovoltaic building worldwide, the solar ark. Here Sanyo’s philosophy has been turned into reality: harmony between man and environment.
