In Regensburg, southern Germany, a solar power plant of 1000 Modules has just been finished. It produces about 200 megawatt hours per year. Carpevigo and Elektro-Solar-Service GbR (ESS) who were assisted by our field agent Georg Beyschlag, used Solon P220 6+/7 modules and 32 SMA Converters, which were delivered by AS Solar. Ever since the project is finished, up to 175 tons of carbon dioxide can be saved every year. The solar power plant is part of a program of the Bavarian Parliament to encourage renewable energies.
