 US-American module producer delivers long-term quality modules to Hannover
AS Solar GmbH closed a substantial contract with Solar Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd. at the Intersolar North America in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract for delivery with the American company from Sunnyvale, California, which produces in India, amounts to almost half a billion Euros. Already since January of this year the specialized wholesale trade from Hannover gets mono- as well as polycrystalline quality modules from Solar Semiconductor.
“We are very happy about this long-term cooperation with our strong partner. Together with the connected delivery guarantee we are sure to be able to realise our sustained growth strategy on the German and on the international market”, says Thomas Rust, CEO of AS Solar.

 The DEGERenergie GmbH further strengthened its position as European market leader in the field of tracking systems through the sale of the 20.000th Traker last June. AS Solar Ibérica sold the decisive Traker 7000 NT to the company Fotovoltaicas de Navarra for a photovoltaic project in Olite.
During the Intersolar 2008 in Munich he executive directors of DEGERenergie and AS Solar celebrated the delivery of the 20.000th Deger Traker. AS Solar Ibérica is the main distributor of DEGERenergie products on the Iberian peninsula.
